This last Saturday, at the lighting of the Cathlamet downtown lights and Christmas Tree, the winning ticket for last year’s TSCA Salt Bay Skiff was chosen. The winner was a family from Skamakowa!!
Skamakowa is the town just 6 miles west of Cathlamet. When the skiff was delivered the family was beyond excited. They live near the water and are thinking of building a boathouse for it. Spring can’t get here fast enough because they can’t wait row her in the near by sloughs.
