September 11, 2011. Sunday, this is the last day of the Festival. This year was as good as it gets if you’re a boat person. The weather was perfect!!! The boats that were exhibited were exceptional, the music, food and special classes were all great. Our boat “Rachel”, hull one of Sam Devlin’s Pelicano series, got lots of lookers and comments. “Rachel” was even featured as one of the boats photographed in the 2011 Wooden Boat Festival poster.
I snapped a photo of the harbor early this morning. Hope to see some of you next year.
