Yesterday, I racked off 26 gallons of wild blackberry wine from a big barrel. It will now bubble in glass carboy bottles till Christmas. We might unbottle the single gallon jug at thanksgiving;0). After the wine I hung the garage door surrounds. I also got word from the truss guys, and they say there moving up my delivery to Sept. 17th. Who knows I might get thing buttoned up before the Fall rains!!
