January 11, 2012; 9:00 am – noon; day 45. I removed the clamps that held the gunwale clamps in place, as the glue dried over night. Then I mixed up some epoxy filler for bung plugs for plugging the countersink gunwale clamp screw holes. Then, I faired the gunwale clamps and added 3 supports, two for the side decking that are glued to the aft bulkhead and one glued to the forward bulkhead as added support for the mast tabernacle. I also sanded the 1st coat of varnish.
