December 15, 2011; 6:00 am – 1:00 pm; day 32. Today I put epoxy wood filler in all the intersections of the floors and longitudinals then fiberglassed them. I then epoxied all plywood that will be sealed under the cockpit deck. I cut the 2) 8″ deck plate holes and fastened down the cockpit deck with countersunk screws. Tomorrow I will fill the edges and glass it into place.
