January 14, 2012; day 47. I fit and glued the first sheet of 1/4″ deck and then I cold molded the second sheet of 1/4″ plywood to the first sheet. This make for a 10 ply 1/2″ deck. Once it’s glassed to the sides of the cabin, forward bulkhead and the gunwale clamps it make for a super strong leak proof deck!
