Currently, I’m building a Devlin 5×10 skiff for the Wahkihakam County Historical Society. They will be selling raffle tickets over a 9 month period. I’m not going into a lot of detail because this will be the fourth or fifth 5×10 I’ve built. If you would like details, the past projects can be pulled up on the website. These skiffs are popular and help raise a good deal of funds for the community. The time from beginning to delivery is about 35-40 hours.
After this build I will begin a new commission for Henry. He has chosen a 16′ Garvey type boat call “Jimbo”. The drawings for this vessel are from Glen-L marine design. I will be posting hour by hour details of this build along with daily photos.
