Today, I removed all wire stitching and filled the holes and seams with epoxy wood flour. Started 10:15 am and ended 2 pm.

Pelicano 18 – Filling the Taint Seams
From 10:30am-4:30pm today, I attached the 2 sheer plank panels and epoxyed them to the bulkheads and filled the taint seams.

Pelicano 18 – Strongback, Bow Stitched
Today, I started at 7:00 am setting the #4 bulkhead and finishing strongback set up by 9:30am. I started setting the bottom panels at 9:45 and continued to get the bottom panels set and the bow stitched. The inside bottom to the keel, bulkheads and longitudinals are ready for epoxying. Finished at 1:30pm.
Pelicano 18 – Set Up Strongback
Today, I set up the strongback to support the bulkheads. I was also able to set bulkheads one through three. Started at 11:00 am and ended at 5:00 pm.
Pelicano 18 – Transom Jig
I finished laying out and cutting all bulkheads and longitudinals that I started last night. I was also able to build the transom jig and put the 4″ curve in the transom. Started at 8:00 am and ended at 4:00 pm.

Tonight, I laid out the #1 bulkhead and the forward longitudinal. Started at 7:00 pm and ended at 10:00pm.

Today, I fared all the exterior panels and beveled the interior edges 45 degrees. Started at 12:15pm, ended at 3:00 pm.

Today, I worked on the lofting layout of the two side panels. You can also see the bottom chine and the top sheer. I then will set these aside and stage the next sheet of 1/2″ plywood and the simply trace the two freshly cut panel onto the staged sheet. Started about 5:15 pm and…
