Today I put in a couple of hours building the last two sets of frames. There are two more, but they will be installed after the boat is flipped over. This is because they don’t have a floor frame they will attach to on the inside of the planking, and the foot of the rib frames will rest on the top of the keelson. Tomorrow I’ll build the transom and bow stem and hopefully attach them to the strong back. Oh, this other photo was the sunrise in my backyard two mornings ago! It was 27 degrees and not a breath if wind.
